FCL Builders, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-impact industrial and commercial construction projects from start to finish. You’ll guide teams, manage safety, schedules, and budgets, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to deliver on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CM/CE/Architecture
• 5+ years of managing industrial/commercial construction projects ($5M–$30M+)
• Strong understanding of contracts, drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes, and logistics
• Lead preconstruction meetings with superintendents, subs, and design teams
• Manage subcontractor buyout and scope development
• Review RFIs, submittals, and design documents
• Facilitate punch lists, building start-up, and commissioning
• Collaborate with field and office teams to drive progress and resolve issues
