Job summary

Barry-Wehmill er Design Group seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee complex industrial projects in food, beverage, and life sciences. You will coordinate with safety, site teams, and suppliers to deliver on schedule and budget while maintaining quality and compliance.

You bring 12+ years in construction with 8 years in PM roles, plus experience with design-build practices and manufacturing systems. Procore, AutoCAD, Revit familiarity and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in construction roles, including as a project engineer and construction project manager.
• Eight years as a construction project manager with industrial structures experience.
• Preferred A&E design-build firm background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple industrial construction projects for food, beverage, life science clients.
• Coordinate with safety managers, directors, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to keep on schedule and budget.
• Lead risk management, bid processes, and subcontractor coordination to ensure on-time delivery.
