Barry-Wehmiller Design Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager in the Raleigh area to lead complex industrial projects within food, beverage, life sciences, and manufacturing sectors.

You will work with a seasoned team of engineers, designers and contractors to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery. The role emphasizes constructability reviews, bid management, and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in construction roles, including as a project engineer and construction project manager.
• Eight years as a construction project manager, with focus on industrial structures.
• Preferred experience with an Architecture & Engineering design-build firm.
• Preferred background in manufacturing-related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute multiple, complex industrial construction projects across food, beverage, consumer products, and life sciences.
• Coordinate with Safety Managers, Directors, Site Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Provide risk management, cost control, and reporting through monthly project control reports.
