Qualifications

• Experience in Windows applications including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and interest in industrial construction.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint Reading: Utilize Bluebeam and CAD for 2D/3D drawings.
• Project Execution: Assist team in producing project documents to aid construction.
• Cost Estimating: Help lead estimators develop project estimates for opportunities.
• RFI/Submittal: Provide documentation to support specifications, drawings, and scope.
• Project Closeout: Collect documents, review change orders, gather learnings for future projects.
• Safety & Quality: Conduct root-cause analysis to prevent incidents and improve controls.
