Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Windows applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with an interest in industrial construction.
• Ability to support project teams on technical and commercial documents.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints using Bluebeam and CAD for 2D/3D drawings.
• Assist project team to produce technical and commercial documents for active projects.
• Aid lead estimators in developing project estimates for new opportunities.
• Support RFI and submittal processes with documentation and specifications.
• Support project closeout with document collection, change orders, and takeaways.
• Contribute to safety and quality management through root-cause analysis.
