Enerfab invites motivated students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management to join our internship program in Evansville, Indiana. You will work with project teams, read blueprints, and assist with cost estimating and documentation to support active construction projects.

We value self-motivation, clear communication, and attention to detail, with hands-on experience using Windows applications, Excel, Bluebeam, and CAD.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in engineering or construction management.
• Demonstrates self-motivation and proactive learning.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint reading using Bluebeam and CAD for 2D/3D drawings.
• Assist project team to prepare technical and commercial documents for active construction projects.
• Aid lead estimators in developing project estimates for new opportunities.
• Support RFI/submittal processes with documentation and specifications.
• Contribute to project closeout procedures and review change orders.
