Job summary

• Currently enrolled and working towards a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Proficient with Windows applications including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Interested in a future in the construction field within industrial construction.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint Reading: Utilize CAD/Bluebeam for 2D and 3D drawings.
• Project Execution: Support project teams with technical and commercial documents.
• Cost Estimating: Assist lead estimators with developing project estimates.
• RFI/Submittal Processes: Provide documentation to support specifications and scopes.
• Project Closeout Procedures: Compile necessary documents and lessons learned.
• Safety & Quality Management: Analyze events to inform better controls.
