Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and working towards a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Windows applications including Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and drawings using CAD/Bluebeam and other tools to support project execution.
• Assist project team to develop technical and commercial documents for active construction projects.
• Help lead estimators with developing project estimates for new opportunities.
• Support RFI and submittal processes with appropriate documentation.
• Support project closeout procedures and learn from change orders and lessons learned.
• Support safety and quality management initiatives by documenting and communicating observations.
