Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Blueprint Reading: use Bluebeam and CAD for 2D/3D drawings.
• Project Execution: assist team with project documents for active construction projects.
• Cost Estimating: help lead estimators develop project estimates.
• RFI/Submittal: prepare documentation to support specifications, drawings and scope of work.
• Project Closeout: gather documents, review changes, ensure specifications are met.
• Safety & Quality: analyze events to improve controls and prevent recurrence.
