• Ability to identify industrial and manufacturing companies and key decision-makers.
• Willingness to learn about industrial construction and design-build.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify target industries and companies for opportunities.
• Identify plant managers and other decision-makers.
• Research capital projects, plant expansions, and investments.
• Make initial contact via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
• Introduce Forza Group and communicate capabilities.
• Qualify opportunities and coordinate meetings with the BD Manager.
• Maintain CRM with accurate company, contact, and activity data.
• Support BD Manager with research, meetings, proposals, and follow-up.
• Attend client meetings, plant visits, trade shows, and industry events.
