Job summary

Concentric, LLC is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth by initiating conversations with prospective customers, uncovering challenges, and aligning those needs with our advanced solutions. This role uses a strategic mix of calls, emails, webinars, and other tools to create qualified leads for the sales team and support deal progression.

The BDR reports to the Senior Manager, Business Development, and works with a team to stay informed on industry trends, product updates,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with prospective customers using outbound calls and emails.
• Qualify leads and hand off to sales; support deal progression with insights.
• Engage in strategic conversations with senior executives to uncover needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to expand opportunities and drive opportunities.
