You will nurture existing accounts while pursuing new business with contractors, distributors, and engineers, delivering technical coating solutions and winning contracts.

The ideal candidate is a true hunter with a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of outside sales in protective coatings or fireproofing, plus regional contacts in the NE market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, engineering, or technical discipline (or equivalent).
• 5+ years outside sales in industrial coatings or fireproofing.
• Hunter mindset with ability to identify and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Meet with contractors, distributors, engineers, asset owners, and key decision-makers to assess project needs and recommend coatings solutions.
