Job summary

The role requires coordinating daily tasks, ensuring proper equipment operation, and maintaining timely documentation, with emphasis on customer relations and safety.

You will drive efficiency, train technicians, and interact professionally with clients while upholding HPC-Industrial policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in industrial cleaning; ability to lead crews safely.
• Must wear protective clothing and PPE as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional with customers.
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage two or more crews; plan, lead and coordinate daily operations.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and timely documentation.
• Train and develop equipment technicians; interact with customers professionally.
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services as needed.
