Job summary

HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Supervisor to lead two or more crews at a customer location. The role emphasizes safety, planning, and coordination of daily operations, ensuring equipment is ready and client requirements are met.

You will be responsible for maintaining documentation, enforcing company policies, and representing HPC-Industrial to clients. Opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial cleaning with supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• OSHA certification may be required.
• RCRA certificates may be required.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and directs crew to complete work per client requirements and company policies.
• May schedule jobs and crews.
• May dispatch crews nights and weekends.
• May act as Operations Manager or Branch Manager when requested.
• Ensure equipment is available and operational before starting a job.
• Inspect equipment and work area for safety and efficiency.
• Inform client of job status and requirements.
• Perform maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Complete service receipts and submit paperwork to management.
• Train Technicians and Operators on equipment operation and processes.
• Operate service-line equipment (chemical, hydro-blasting, painting, blasting, vacuum) safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
