Job summary

Thompson Industrial, a Clean Harbors Company, seeks a Crew Leader/Foreman to plan, lead, and coordinate daily service-line crews. You will ensure safe operations, proper equipment use, and timely documentation at the work site.

The role emphasizes customer relations, safety compliance, and hands-on work with hydroblasting and vacuum truck services. Health benefits, 401K, and growth opportunities are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must wear protective clothing incl. Nomex, hard hat, respirator and other PPE.
• Must work under extreme climate conditions (heat, humidity, cold).
• Minimum 2 years in industrial cleaning industry.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong knowledge in hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment operation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew to safely perform HPC-Industrial operations.
• Promote safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Ensure timely, accurate paperwork documenting work functions.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact professionally with customers.
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
