Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Crew Leader / Foreman to manage two or more crews by planning, leading and coordinating the daily operations of the service line crew. This includes responsibility for the proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies at the work site and ensuring accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in industrial cleaning.
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment operation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize and coordinate daily operations of service line crews.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment and drive site efficiency.
• Complete and review paperwork in a timely manner.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact professionally with customers.
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
