Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Crew Leader/Foreman to oversee two or more crews at the Dearborn, MI site. You will plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily operations, ensure equipment is operated safely, and maintain accurate documentation for timely job completion.

Responsibilities include supervising hydroblasting and vacuum truck services, training technicians, and ensuring customer relations remain strong.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in industrial cleaning industry.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong knowledge in hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification.
• Mechanical aptitude and Troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority and follow company policies.
• Lead and manage the crew, ensuring safe operations and documentation.
• Complete and review work-related paperwork accurately and on time.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact with customers professionally and maintain good relations.
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
