Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Crew Leader/Foreman to lead two or more crews in industrial cleaning operations. You will ensure safe practices, control job documentation, and drive efficiency at the work site while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Minimum 2 years in industrial cleaning, a high school diploma, and a current HPC-Industrial driver certification are required. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered by Clean Harbors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years, verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in the operation of Hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the primary goal by following policies and acting safely.
• Promote HPC-Industrial safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Manage a crew to safety and accurately complete operations.
• Timely and accurate completion and review of paperwork documenting work functions.
• Train and develop equipment technicians (5%).
• Interact with customers professionally and maintain good relations.
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
