HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, seeks a Crew Leader/Foreman to manage two or more crews in industrial cleaning operations. You will plan, lead, and coordinate daily hydroblasting and vacuum truck activities, ensuring safety, documentation, and customer satisfaction at the job site.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial cleaning, a high school diploma/GED, and a valid HPC-Industrial driver certification. Excellent communication and mechanical aptitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years verifiable service in industrial cleaning
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Strong knowledge in operation of hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification; mechanical troubleshooting aptitude preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage two or more crews, plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily operations
• Ensure proper operation of equipment and timely, accurate documentation
• Train and develop equipment technicians and ensure safety policies are followed
• Interact with customers professionally and maintain good relationships
