Job summary

Infinite Electronics is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business and expand market presence across Industrial OEMs, integrators, contractors, and end users. You will promote cross-brand solutions and work closely with product, marketing, and inside sales to convert technical opportunities into revenue.

The role requires strong technical sales capability, opportunity management, and the ability to influence engineers, product line managers, and executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience in the Industrial market or related environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with factory automation, equipment manufacturers, OEMs, integrators, and end users.

Responsibilities

• Open new markets and generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and qualification.
• Execute account-penetration plans to expand presence in industrial OEMs, integrators, contractors, and end users.
• Promote cross-selling across IE products and integrated solutions to address customer needs.
• Build strong customer and channel relationships to position products as preferred partners.
• Gather market insights and communicate them to internal stakeholders.
• Work with Product Management, Marketing, and Inside Sales to bring products to market.
• Generate leads and set qualified meetings through trade shows, organizations, and LinkedIn, converting engagement into pipeline.
• Own RFQs and quoting, delivering timely quotes and negotiating pricing to secure purchase orders.
• Influence purchasing decisions via third parties and distributors to drive pull-through demand.
• Prospect and develop opportunities through outbound activity and qualified leads into quotes.
• Build account and territory plans with leadership to define targets and actions toward quota.
• Meet or exceed revenue and profitability quotas for assigned territory and accounts.
