Job summary

Infinite Electronics is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow revenue across military and defense sectors. You will identify and pursue new opportunities, manage key accounts, and coordinate cross-brand solutions across Transtector/PolyPhaser portfolios.

You will engage engineers and product leaders, forecast accurately, and drive strategic initiatives with a hunter mentality to win new customers and expand market presence. Remote work options are available for this role.

Qualifications

10+ years of sales experience in the Military/Defense market.
Established relationships with industry leaders, governing agencies, and organizations (AFCEA, NDIA, AUSA).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities across targeted market segments through proactive prospecting and solution positioning.
Execute strategic account plans to expand Infinite Electronics’ presence with defense primes, OEMs, integrators, and DoD offices.
Promote cross-selling with IE products and leverage engineering capabilities to deliver integrated solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships to position products as a preferred partner.
Own RFQs and quoting from intake to close, delivering timely quotes with margin discipline.
