Weidmüller USA is seeking a Technical Training & Curriculum Specialist to support and expand our US training program. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and the sales team to create world-class content and engaging learning experiences across classrooms, labs, and virtual formats.

The role emphasizes instructional design, adult learning theory, and a hands-on approach to develop curricula, demonstrations, and certifications for industrial automation products and solutions.

Formación

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Advanced education in Education, Engineering, or Business preferred.
• Minimum five years instructional design experience.
• Experience developing technical training for adults in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills essential.
• Experience facilitating classroom, workshop, and virtual learning environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience with industrial connectivity equipment advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Knowledge and experience with AI preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product managers, sales, engineering and SMEs to identify learning needs.
• Design, develop and deliver technical training for sales teams, distributors, and customers.
• Design, build and maintain training equipment for classrooms and labs.
• Deliver engaging training, ensuring workforce readiness and customer satisfaction.
• Translate complex content into clear, accessible material using adult learning methods.
• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and hands-on training formats.
