Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Automation Application Specialist to provide technical expertise and guidance for industrial automation implementations. You will work with clients to optimize manufacturing processes, design and configure automation solutions, and train customers and distributors on products and applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Advanced industrial automation product and application experience with SMC or equivalent.
Experience with competitive products and applications.
Extensive SMC Application knowledge or equivalent industry.
Extensive experience with various manufacturing products and processes (packaging, electronics, food, chemical, automotive, medical).
Proficient in CRM and ability to learn new programs/tools.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise to implement automation solutions for clients.
Deliver training sessions and workshops on automation systems.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design/configure solutions.
Identify customer specifications/regulatory needs and relay to engineers.
Document and monitor sales activity in CRM (SalesConnect).
Support sales in technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities for process improvements.
