Schneider Electric is seeking a Technical Training Lead at entry level for Industrial Automation to develop and deliver training programs focusing on EcoStruxure™ and Foxboro technologies. The role supports customers, partners, and internal teams, driving digital transformation and operational excellence across multiple regions.

Responsibilities include delivering instructor-led and blended training, developing materials, and collaborating with sales and services teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience configuring, implementing, maintaining, or supporting industrial automation systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate complex technical information in an engaging manner.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

• Deliver Schneider Electric Industrial Automation and Foxboro technical training programs through instructor-led classroom, virtual, and blended formats.
• Support learners before, during, and after training sessions to ensure a positive learning experience.
• Facilitate hands-on labs, demonstrations, and practical training exercises.
• Respond to learner questions and provide technical guidance throughout training activities.
• Prepare training materials, laboratory environments, software configurations, and classroom setups.
• Support training delivery across multiple regions and time zones.
• Collect learner feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist in preparing customer quotations, proposals, and training-related documentation.

• Share customer insights to improve training products, programs, and services.
• Support business growth initiatives while contributing to training revenue objectives.
• Develop expertise in EcoStruxure™ architecture, Industrial Automation solutions, and Foxboro systems.
• Continuously build knowledge of training methodologies and digital learning platforms.
• Participate in coaching, mentoring, certification, and professional development programs.
• Stay current with industry trends and automation market developments.
• Review training materials for technical accuracy and usability.
• Support the development of demonstrations, labs, simulations, and learning activities.
• Test and validate new course content and provide enhancement recommendations.
• Work with courseware teams to identify learner needs and knowledge gaps.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training processes, content, and delivery methods.
