This role collaborates with customers and internal teams to identify skill gaps, supports training sales efforts, and coordinates class logistics to ensure programs align with industry standards and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with technical concentration and 10+ years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assign instructors within the product group category.
• Prepare customer quotations and sales within the product group.
• Coordinate equipment rotation with service technician.
• Schedule open-enrollment and in-plant classes.
• Promote Learning & Development programs to stakeholders.
