Job summary

The Industrial Solutions Network is seeking an automation engineer to grow with us by consulting, instructing, and training clients on technologies that maximize people and processes in manufacturing.

As part of our Solution Consultants, you will work with a team of technical counterparts to tailor scalable automation solutions for diverse industries—from food and beverage to oil and gas, automotive, agriculture, and logistics—helping clients stay competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology field is required.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems and automation terminology.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and guide team members.

Responsibilities

• Describe and apply fundamentals of industrial components and networks in manufacturing environments.
• Present value proposition to mid/large size groups of customers.
• Act as point person for business strategy and coordinate resource deployment.
• Support marketing, promotions and product launches.
• Travel to customers within assigned geographic area.
