Job summary

The George E. Booth Co., LLC in Romeoville, IL is seeking a full-time MRO Sales Specialist to support on-site inventory control, supplier relationships, and order fulfillment at customer sites. You will negotiate terms, manage accounts, and use Salesforce to track activity, with potential path into technical outside sales.

Travel and occasional after-hours work may be required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field and 3+ years in process control sales, plus CMMS/ERP experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or technical field is preferred.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in selling products in the process control industry.
• Experience with CMMS or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand routine maintenance schedules at customer locations to identify additional business opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms to increase on-site stockroom utilization.
• Maintain open channels of communication with essential customers regularly.
• Be a primary contact for long-term key customers to drive sales growth in storerooms across product lines.
• Coordinate with outside sales and inside sales teams for opportunities and quotes.
• Use Salesforce to manage and report all sales activity.
• Prospect for new business at principal customer locations.
