You will lead the development of Commercial Strategy, Planning, and Execution, partnering with senior leaders to translate market trends and customer needs into strategic priorities.

The role requires 8–10+ years in strategic leadership, a business or engineering degree (MBA preferred), and a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of strategic leadership experience with demonstrable results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Significant experience in strategy, business development, commercial strategy, management consulting, or industrial markets.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic analyses and initiatives shaping the long-term direction of the Industrial Automation business.
• Translate market, customer, competitive, technology, and internal insights into strategic recommendations.
• Develop executive-level presentations turning complex information into clear insights and decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Offer Management, Operations, Digital, and Services to align strategies.
