Job summary

CSS is seeking a Senior Specialist – Industrial Automation to support the Sales team with expert knowledge in automation products. You will deliver presentations and product demonstrations and maintain ongoing customer support for usage questions and issues.

You will help craft business plans, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to drive success. The role requires strong communication and travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years technical experience using automation products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50–75% of the time.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Makes sales calls, researches customer needs and develops product and application information.
• Acts as domain expert in industrial automation to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides pre/post automation sales support for sales teams and customers.
• Assists Sales Representatives in finding new opportunities by teaching and guiding.
• Generates opportunities and plans target accounts.
