Job summary

NEFF Automation in New Jersey seeks a Technical Sales Representative to drive growth in a dynamic, manufacturing-focused market. You will identify opportunities, engage engineers and upper management, and tailor automation solutions to meet customer goals and processes.

Responsibilities include building a robust pipeline, nurturing existing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to develop winning proposals and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven technical sales experience focused on engineers and upper management.
• Ability to prospect new business.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to initiate, develop, and maintain relationships.
• Ability to work creatively, independently, and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek, develop, and win new business within assigned territory or accounts.
• Actively call on existing customers to foster growth and new opportunities.
• Identify and target potential customers with a focus on engineers and upper management.
• Develop understanding of a customer’s goals and manufacturing processes to match solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate a consistent pipeline of new opportunities.
