Job summary

This onsite role requires about 15% travel and collaboration with mechanical, electrical, software, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end automation. You will work through the full lifecycle of automation projects, from concept through deployment, with a focus on improving throughput, reliability, and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• 3+ years in industrial automation, controls, or manufacturing systems.
• Hands-on PLC programming experience (structured text, ladder).
• Knowledge of C++, and version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, program, and commission automation systems using PLCs, robotic arms, conveyors, actuators, sensors, and peripheral equipment.
• Develop and modify PLC and control software using structured text and ladder logic.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end automated solutions.
• Identify opportunities to reduce production costs, improve throughput, and enhance system reliability.
• Combine hardware and software architectures to optimize production operations and system performance.
• Support debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization during development and deployment.
• Participate in design reviews, technical documentation, and system validation activities.
