• Excellent collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, program, and commission automation systems using PLCs, robotics, conveyors, sensors, and related equipment.
• Develop and modify PLC/control software using structured text and ladder logic.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, and operations teams on end-to-end automation.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve throughput, and enhance reliability.
• Integrate hardware and software architectures to optimize operations.
• Support debugging, troubleshooting, and validation during development and deployment.
• Participate in design reviews, documentation, and system validation activities.
• Communicate issues and recommendations clearly in written and verbal form.
• Stay current on emerging automation technologies and drive continuous improvement.
