Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering.
• 3+ years in industrial automation or controls engineering.
• Hands-on PLC programming experience (structured text, ladder logic).
• Experience with C++ and version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving in a fast-paced development environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, program, and commission automation systems using PLCs, robotic arms, conveyors, actuators, sensors, and peripheral equipment.
• Develop and modify PLC and control system software using structured text, ladder logic, and traditional programming languages as appropriate.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end automated solutions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce production costs, improve throughput, and enhance system reliability.
• Combine hardware and software architectures to optimize production operations and system performance.
• Support debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of automation systems during development, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in design reviews, technical documentation, and system validation activities.
• Communicate technical issues, risks, and recommendations clearly through written documentation and verbal discussions.
• Stay current on emerging automation technologies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation.
