You will partner with campus leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement productivity improvements using activity-based costing, benchmarking, and time-study analytics, influencing KPIs and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Project Management Certification.
• Proven experience driving productivity improvements in distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CAD drawings for multi-building campuses.
• Analyze workflows, space utilization, and material handling for improvements.
• Develop engineered labor standards using MOST methodology and train teams.
• Enhance labor models to improve productivity and adapt to demand.
• Partner with stakeholders on business case development and capital planning.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams on engineering requirements and permitting.
