Job summary

ADUSA Distribution, the distribution arm of Ahold Delhaize USA, seeks an Industrial Engineer to shape smarter operations across a multi-building campus. You will blend engineering expertise with strategic thinking to drive operational excellence and productivity improvements in the supply chain.

You will partner with campus leadership and cross-functional teams to implement activity-based costing, benchmarking, and time-study analytics, influencing business decisions and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Five+ years of experience implementing engineered labor standards.
• Advanced knowledge and practical application of MOST methodology.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CAD drawings for multi-building campuses.
• Analyze workflows and space utilization to identify process improvements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain engineered labor standards using MOST methodology.
• Evaluate and optimize labor models to improve productivity and adaptability.
• Serve as IE subject matter expert collaborating with stakeholders on business cases and capital planning.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners on engineering requirements and permitting activities.
• Support incentive program evaluation and performance metric validation with cross-functional teams.
• Stay current on industry best practices through engagement with associations and experts.
