Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Project Management Certification.
• Proven experience driving productivity improvements within distribution, logistics, supply chain, or related operational environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CAD drawings for multi-building campuses to support distribution and growth.
• Analyze workflows and space utilization to identify process improvements with material handling equipment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain engineered labor standards using MOST and coach teams.
• Evaluate labor models to improve productivity amid scheduling and demand changes.
• Serve as IE SME and strategic partner for stakeholders on business cases and capital planning.
• Collaborate on engineering requirements and permitting across facilities.
• Work with Ops and Finance to optimize incentives and metrics.
• Build relationships with industry associations and experts to stay current.
