Job summary
ADUSA Distribution seeks a Specialist Automation Project Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of automation and robotics across its distribution network. You will collaborate with Operations, Technology, Finance, and external vendors to deliver safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient automation solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Engineering roles.
- Minimum 3 years leading complex cross-functional projects in a PM capacity.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, implementation, commissioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automation and robotics across the supply chain network.
- Identify opportunities to enhance DC performance using advanced automation technologies and material handling solutions.
- Partner with operations to understand challenges, gather insights, and develop innovative cost-saving solutions.
