Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking an Industrial Engineer to shape the future of a multi-building distribution campus, blending engineering with strategic thinking to drive operational excellence.

You will partner with campus leadership and cross-functional teams to implement productivity improvements using activity-based costing, benchmarking, and time-study analytics, influencing key supply chain KPIs and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Project Management Certification.
• Experience driving productivity improvements in distribution, logistics, or related operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CAD drawings for multi-building campuses to support growth.
• Analyze workflows, material handling and space utilization for improvements.
• Develop, implement and maintain engineered labor standards using MOST.
• Improve labor models, scheduling and processes for productivity gains.
• Partner with stakeholders on business cases, capital planning and decisions.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners on engineering requirements and permits.
• Work with Operations and Finance to validate metrics and incentives.
• Build relationships with industry partners to stay current on best practices.
