This role sits at the intersection of engineering, sales, product development, and the customer, spanning concept through field deployment.

You will collaborate with sales, design, and field teams to deliver manufacturable solutions, perform analyses, and provide training and field support in industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 5+ years of technical field, applications engineering, or similar hands-on engineering experience.
• Experience in oil & gas, mining, power generation, heavy industrial environments.
• Familiarity with sensor technologies, industrial monitoring systems, electronics, and network communications.
• Working knowledge of Modbus, 4–20mA, relay logic, and other common industrial protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in the company’s products, technologies, and applications across industrial markets.
• Partner with sales to understand customer requirements and recommend the right technical solution.
• Translate customer needs into practical, manufacturable system and product solutions.
• Configure standard products and systems to meet application-specific requirements.
• Design customized solutions incorporating internal products and third‑party technologies.
• Perform engineering calculations to support product selection and recommendations.
• Serve as a primary technical contact for customers through the sales and implementation process.
• Communicate product capabilities and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
