Job summary

NTN Bearing Corporation (NBCA) is seeking an Industrial Aftermarket Territory Manager for the Reno, NV area. You will manage a defined geography, promote NTN products, and cultivate relationships with distributors and end-users to grow sales.

The role requires a technical degree, 5–10 years in power transmission and industrial distribution, and strong CRM and MS Office skills. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• BSME or similar 4-year technical undergraduate degree.
• 5-10 years of experience in Power Transmission and Industrial Distribution, Sales.
• Strong aptitude for mechanical applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Knowledge of CRM programs (Salesforce preferred).
• Knowledge of rolling element bearing applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster strong customer relationships within NTN Authorized Distributors.
• Meet sales targets and ensure efficient sales operations for the territory.
• Develop a strong technical aptitude to address customer concerns and identify opportunities.
• Communicate activity and opportunities through weekly CRM reports.
