Job summary

NTN Bearing Corporation in Reno, NV is seeking an Industrial Aftermarket Territory Manager for the Reno, Nevada–California region. You will work with NTN Authorized Distributors and end-users to promote NTN products, grow the aftermarket business, and strengthen NTN’s brand in the territory.

The role requires 5–10 years in Power Transmission and Industrial Distribution sales, a technical degree (BSME or equivalent), strong mechanical aptitude, CRM experience, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• BSME or similar 4-year degree in a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Power Transmission and Industrial Distribution, Sales.
• Strong aptitude for mechanical applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Self-starter, ability to learn quickly. Outstanding organization and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of CRM programs a plus (Sales Force preferred).
• Knowledge of rolling element bearing application and design.
• Willingness to travel overnight 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage NTN Authorized Distributors in the Reno region.
• Promote NTN products to distributors and end users; build brand preference.
• Meet sales targets and optimize territory operations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and analyze sales data.
