Job summary

Air Relief LLC is seeking an Account Manager to aggressively grow their established business by selling products and services into industries such as chemical, petrochemical, refining, power generation, pharmaceutical, and general manufacturing.

You will visit new and existing customers to discuss needs, explain benefits, and present creative solutions that drive performance and cost savings. Expect daily travel within the territory and overnight trips as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience selling technical products (or experience as a Service Technician)
• Basic understanding of centrifugal compressor operation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to work in an industrial environment with moderate PPE requirements on a daily basis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Quoting prices and reviewing specifications
• Preparing sales contracts for orders and coordinating with Customer Service
• Identifying customer needs and mapping applications
• Presenting solutions that improve performance and reduce costs
• Daily travel within the territory with some overnight travel depending on location
