Job summary

JP Workman Group's client seeks an Account Manager to maintain and grow sales within assigned industrial customer accounts, proactively managing relationships and helping customers improve production processes with the company's technical materials and solutions. The role requires developing annual account plans, driving production improvements, market development, and addressing customer challenges.

You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and will travel as needed to support

Qualifications

Experience managing complex industrial B2B sales opportunities, including technical or OEM projects.
Ability to read and interpret military, industrial, or other technical specifications.
Strong written communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with assigned industrial customer accounts.
Develop and execute annual account and territory plans with defined sales goals and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and document solutions.
Communicate account status, opportunities, risks, and issues to leadership.
