Hoist & Crane Service Group is seeking an Account Manager to build lasting relationships with clients in the heavy machinery sector. The ideal candidate will know overhead cranes, have strong sales experience, and understand industrial manufacturing dynamics.

You will oversee a portfolio of customers, develop new business, meet sales quotas, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure outstanding service. Proficiency with CRM, reporting, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment repair and maintenance is a plus.
• Candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing clients.
• Aim to meet ambitious individual and team sales quotas.
• Read sales reports and utilize CRM; strong computer and math skills.
• Increase profitable sales in the territory via calls, emails, and presentations.
• Offer a full inventory of crane and related services to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate paperwork.
• Follow up consistently via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Leverage account-management software to enhance client communication and behavior understanding.
