Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing clients.
• Meet ambitious individual and team sales quotas.
• Read sales reports and use computer tools; perform math as needed.
• Increase profitable sales in the territory via consultations, calls, emails, and marketing.
• Offer a full inventory of equipment repair and services (Overhead Crane, Industrial Elevator, Dock & Door).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate paperwork.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and professional communication via email, phone, and on-site visits.
• Leverage account management software and client insights to drive engagement.
