Job summary

Hoist & Crane Service Group is seeking an Account Manager in Ohio to build long-term relationships with clients in the industrial sector. The role requires knowledge of overhead cranes and related heavy machinery, with a preference for candidates who understand industrial elevators and dock & door systems.

You will manage a portfolio, pursue new sales opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sales within the manufacturing sector.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio and meet quotas.
• Strong written and verbal communication and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of customers, develop new business and seek opportunities.
• Meet ambitious sales quotas and read sales reports.
• Increase profitable revenue through calls, emails, and presentations.
• Offer full equipment repair and services to customers including cranes, elevators, and doors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely paperwork.
