Snap-on Industrial is seeking an Account Manager - Developmental Sales Representative in the Allentown/ Bethlehem area. The role focuses on selling directly to industrial corporations, leveraging Snap-on product offerings to develop tailored solutions and drive revenue across an established and growing territory.

The position emphasizes field and shop-floor engagements, relationship building with decision-makers, and data-driven activity tracking, with a fully commission-based compensation

Qualifications

• Proven track record of prior goal achievement showing increase in sales and customer growth.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work intently with our business partners to thoroughly understand their business needs, and leverage the broad range of Snap-on product offerings to develop solutions unique to the situation.
• Build and enhance relationships with key business partner decision-makers.
• Present our solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
• Develop and maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for assigned accounts.
• Review customer activities at least quarterly with Team Leader or Sales Manager and strategize ways to maximize sales volumes or grow territory.
