Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to lead and expand our federal construction portfolio in the Indo-Pacific region. Location options include Hawaii, Guam, or broader Indo-Pacific.

You will develop pursuit strategies, manage complex projects, and ensure profitability while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating with sales for new opportunities. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel up to 50%.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop pursuit strategies, teaming partners, bidding tactics for Indo-Pacific projects.
• Plan, schedule, budgets and objectives for projects in difficult locations.
• Create project definitions and work breakdown structures; obtain stakeholder concurrence.
• Assess risk and implement mitigation; ensure profitability and adherence to PM policies.
• Manage staffing and coordination of outside resources and vendors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales to evaluate new work and support scoping and costing.
