Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to lead and expand our federal construction portfolio in the Indo-Pacific region, including Hawaii and Guam. You will develop pursuit strategies, plan projects, manage budgets, and build strong client relationships to win and deliver complex programs.

The role requires travel up to 50%, experience with multi-location projects, and a proven track record in leadership, risk management, and collaboration with sales teams to scope and cost new

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel is up to 50%.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop pursuit strategies, including teaming partners and bidding tactics.
• Plan and conduct work using standard engineering/construction techniques.
• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Prepare detailed statements of work and conduct risk assessment.
• Manage project costs and profitability; identify residual risk.
• Monitor project status and mitigate risks; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate staffing and outside resources; procurement as required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; ensure client satisfaction.
