Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to lead and expand its federal construction portfolio in the Indo-Pacific region. The role requires building strategies to pre-position, bid, win, and execute complex projects across remote islands and diverse jurisdictions.

You will direct scope, schedule, and budget, foster client relationships, and drive profitability while managing risk and staffing across multiple programs. International travel may be up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of related experience preferred.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel up to 50% annually.
• Equivalent directly related experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop pursuit strategies and teaming arrangements for Indo-Pacific projects.
• Lead cost, schedule, and scope management to ensure profitability and success.
• Create project definitions, budgets, and objectives for complex programs.
• Coordinate staffing and procurement with subs/vendors as needed.
• Manage client relationships and communications to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
